Styling Tips

Two Jackets Styled Multiple Ways

Back in December, FTF went on a girl’s day outing with long time friend Lynn. We spent most of our time at the newly opened Stein Mart. Needless to say we made quit the haul as evident by our shopping cart!

Lynn often needs to be pushed out of her comfort zone as we all do! On this particular trip, we convinced her to purchase two super cute jackets. Lynn is a motivation speaker/performer. (To learn more about Lynn and her motivational speaking, click HERE). She often has meetings with others in her like field and likes to “dress the part”. Therefore, we helped her pick out some things that would fit that criteria.

After making her purchases, Lynn claims that she’s going to return everything she’s purchased as she doesn’t think it looks good or she’s not sure how to style it. Her husband Sean often convinces her to keep everything. We love Sean for that!

Shopping Spree

Lori, Julie and Lynn – Long Time Gal Pals
Stein Mart in Deerfield

Fast forward to April, Lynn confesses to never having returned the items nor has she worn them as she’s not sure she has anything in her closet to pair with the jackets. Don’t we all often feel like that?! Julie and Lori to the rescue! While fall and winter are gone (well kind of), we decided to spend the day hanging out in Lynn’s closet to give her some styling tips and to use the things she already has to create numerous looks! Styling previously owned items with new purchases is something I do often and highly recommend. A new purchase can breath life into older pieces and bring your look up to date! Many stylists recommend you be able to style something at least three ways before purchasing it!

Lynn’s Closet

One of the cute jackets Lynn purchased in December with the tags still on in April!

Lynn is also a professional organizer so her closet is super neat! She admitted to us that she had thought about hiding her “kitty cat” collection before we got there, but we love her and know her passion for all things leopard (a far better trend) and all things cats (not such a great look)! We joke with her all the time! Lynn is a good sport and knows it’s all in jest!

One of Lynn’s many Kitty Cat Sweaters!
Another Cat Sweater! Did you spot the cat rug in Lynn’s closet?!

Styling Tips

Black Jacket Styled 3 Ways

We introduced Lynn to column dressing. One color worn pretty head to toe is considered column dressing. It creates the illusion of height and can be slimming. Lynn is very petite. (You might recall a previous post we did on our petite friends: Shopping Tips for Petites Click: HERE)

Black Top: Lynn’s Closet
Dark Wash Jeans: Lynn’s Closet
Black Booties: Lynn’s Closet
Necklace: Lynn’s Closet

For look number two, we switched out the black top for a cream colored top, added the infinite scarf and switched out the booties for leopard print pumps!

Infinite Scarf: Lynn’s Closet
Cream Colored Top: Lynn’s Closet
Dark Wash Jeans: Lynn’s Closet
Leopard Pumps: Lynn’s Closet

Look number three incorporates a leopard print top. Lynn kept the dark wash jeans on and went back to the black booties. She has an extensive collection of jewelry so adding details to complete her looks was easy!

Brown Jacket Styled 3 Ways

Lynn had this great leopard print top that pairs easily with the brown jacket to create look number 1. She kept on her dark wash jeans and we added her star booties.

Look number two incorporates one of Lynn’s many leopard scarfs along with the cream color top, which we also styled with the black jacket. She kept her star booties.

Do you recognize this look from the black jacket styling? We simply swapped out the black jacket with the brown jacket and voila!

Dark Wash Jeans: Lynn’s Closet
Leopard Pumps: Lynn’s Closet

Silver Jacket

On our shopping trip, Lynn purchased a fabulous silver jacket that she wore throughout the holidays. She admitted that she couldn’t think of anything else in her closet to wear with it. We had her style it with this white tee with glitter star embellishments! Perfect for our rock star friend!

Styling for a Wedding

Lynn has a wedding to attend this summer. She purchased this great dress on Posh Mark and wanted our opinion as to whether or not it was wedding appropriate. She also wasn’t sure which shoes or what jewelry to pair with it. Julie and Lori to the rescue! We agreed that the dress looks great on her and is perfect for a wedding. We recommended she pair it with the pumps with clear sides and look at her jewelry options…so nicely organized!

Dress: Posh Mark
Dress: Posh Mark
Shoes: Lynn’s Closet
Jewelry: TBD…lots of options in upper and lower cabinets! LOL

We had so much fun together! Hours upon hours upon hours of laughing, drinking and eating and we’re still never finished! Who would think you could have so much fun hanging out in your friend’s closet for a day?!

Spring Into Florals

Stylish Monday

As the saying goes, “April showers bring May flowers”! Where I live, it should be coined April snow showers, kill May flowers!…LOL What an unusual spring we’re having here in Illinois! I’m not letting it kill my spring styling spirit! This May Stylish Monday my Fabulously Fashionable Friends and I are bringing to you our spin on wearing florals!

Flower Power

Flowers are a timeless trend – they’re available during all four seasons and in all sorts of colors. Whether you are beginner or a know-it-all fashionista, we’ll show how to flaunt those florals with ease. In my opinion, it’s more about your comfort with wearing floral – big bold prints, small and dainty prints, a touch of floral or head to toe – whatever your preference, GO FOR IT! You’re guaranteed to turn heads this way!

Floral Tops

Floral tops are a perfect way to add a touch of floral to any outfit. While I’ve styled my looks for work, these floral tops could easily be dressed down and worn with jeans and shorts in warmer weather.

Pairing this top with the cornflower blue blazer and white pants makes the top more spring appropriate. However, I could also pair it with black or yellow pants.

Blazer – Calvin Klein
Floral Top – Burlington
Pants – Macy’s
Metallic Blue Pumps – My Closet (Carson’s)

Floral tops are easily paired with stripes and make a great statement together! Think pattern mixing! This top, similar to the one above, can be paired with white, black or green pants and dressed down with jeans and shorts. These options make it great for most seasons and occasions.

Striped Blazer – My Closet
Floral Top – New York and Company
Yellow Pants – New York and Company
Striped Sandals – My Closet

Wearing any given trend doesn’t need to break the bank! This floral top is from Old Navy! It was on sale for under $15.00. I’ve styled it with green pants. Green causes me to think of all things spring! The top can easily be paired with pink, black and white pants and styled casually with jeans. It’s difficult to see the cut ruffles on the shoulders…I’m always a sucker for details!

Top – Old Navy
Green Pants – New York and Company
Accessories (Jewelry ad Belt) – My Closet

Aerial Yoga

Fitness Goals for 2019

My fitness goal this year besides being fit (lol) is to try new activities that I haven’t done before with the hopes of discovering something I truly enjoy! (Click HERE for my previous post titled: Health and Well Being Check In) I hit the lotto with my first choice – aerial yoga. Yoga has been part of my physical activity for many years. This seemed like the logical first activity to try since I know I like yoga and all of it’s benefits and it looked like it would be a blast! Let me tell you it didn’t disappoint!

What Is Aerial Yoga?

According to Yogapedia, “Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It is often also referred to as AntiGravity® yoga. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance and acrobatics.”

Aerial yoga originated in New York and is now popular all over the world. It was created by Christopher Harrison, a dancer with a performance background in acrobatics.

Aerial yoga is thought to be particularly beneficial for students who spend a long time sitting, or who have back pain, because it has a decompressing effect on the body.

Yogapedia Explains Aerial Yoga

This is my yoga room at the Vaughan Center.
The silks (hammock) hang at about hip level. There are eight in total in our room.

In Aerial yoga, the hammock is kept close to the ground, generally less than a meter from the floor. It becomes a swing which can support the hips in both forward and back bends. For many people, yoga postures that are difficult on the ground can be performed more easily and with less strain on the body in mid-air.

Is is suggested that in addition to the emotional, physical and spiritual benefits of all yoga practice, Aerial yoga has particular benefits for strengthening and stretching the whole body, decompressing the spine, improving circulation, boosting digestion and lifting one’s mood. In particular, Aerial yoga strengthens the core as well as the arms and legs, to support the body in mid-air.

Although Aerial yoga can be performed by people with all levels of fitness, it is not recommended for pregnant women or those who suffer from vertigo, due to the flips and inversions practiced during the class.

The Vaughan Center

My husband and I joined the Vaughan Center at the beginning of the year. We chose the all inclusive option in order to be able to access all that the facility has to offer. I particularly like the classes, the indoor track and the weight room. The pool will be a great option for my granddaughter and Len likes to swim for a work out. The Vaughan Center’s marque was promoting the aerial yoga class and that’s when I knew it would be the first new activity I would try. The class is an additional cost on top of our membership. However, you don’t have to be a member to take the class.

Five Sessions of Aerial Yoga

As you can imagine, I was full of excited anticipation and slightly nervous heading into my first class. It’s important to state that a bump in the road can cause me to feel nauseous; and I don’t do any type of carnival rides. Would the movement of the silk cause me to be sick? Do I have enough upper body and core strength? Lots of self-doubt was going through my mind!

I was the oldest in the class but that doesn’t bother me in the least. I was pleasantly surprised to discover our instructor, Heather, had taught yoga classes that I took at my previous gym. Knowing her style also relaxed me further. Then she informed us that if we were spinning too much we could signal for her to come and stop us. She also told us that she had peppermint oil if we were feeling nauseous. These two statement caused my anxiety to re-escalate.

The first direction we were given was to put our right leg in the silk. I tried to lift my leg but couldn’t get it high enough and needed to assist with my hands…UGH! I was feeling like this might not be a good idea. Once I calmed myself down, got out of my head and out of my way the experience was AH MA ZING!!!

Some of the simplest of poses were difficult for me; and some of the more complicated felt easier! Go figure! Heather was so patient and kind to all of us. She always modeled first what we’d be doing and then gave us all of the variations and options depending on our body that night and our abilities. She would walk around and give us individual assistance as needed. Heather was always positive and very encouraging! I can’t say enough good things about her and my overall experience.

The last night of class was “picture night”! I was thrilled as I knew I’d being doing the post but was also surprised that all of the others wanted pictures as well..such FUN!

I look a bit wrecked so please know it was after a full day of work and a full aerial yoga class! But look at that smile…aerial yoga is pure JOY for me! A testament to my experience!

This is bucket, which is where we often started. For some reason, I struggled to get the folds just right, enough material for the next move…LOL
Downward Dog
At times we would wrap our feet on the inside of our silks or on the outside of our silks. This can be difficult as it’s a challenge to tell where you are in space when you can’t see. Heather to the rescue!
This version of Downward Dog feels fantastic!!!
This pose was called Flamingo! Notice my nicely pointed toe! LOL
This is the Dancer pose, which in my opinion requires a ton of core and stability! I was struggling with this one so this was as good as it got. I hope to be able to fully bend forward in my next sessions – #fitnessgoals!

Aerial Yoga Video

This was the first time we “flew” on the silk. You might not be able to tell but it does take some core strength. I LOVED this!!!

Heather informed us that she’d be teaching another five week session starting at the end of April through May. Aerial yoga won’t be offered again until the fall. I’m sure you can guess that I signed myself up. This is such an amazing workout and so much fun for me! I didn’t want to wait until the fall. Trying other activities will have to wait another five weeks.

Next up in the realm of yoga, will be goat yoga! Care to join us?

Goat Yoga

or maybe “Rage Yoga”, which combines beer, cursing and catharsis! Lori, this sounds like it’d be up our alley! lol

NAMASTE!

Tie Dye Trend

Spring/Summer Trends 2019

Tie-dye appeared on the Spring and Fall 2019 runways in fresh and versatile ways, playing on various decades of the enduring print. From a delicate and artisanal approach at Christian Dior to an ’80s rock ‘n’ roll take, designers proved that tie-dye continues to live on.

Friend Feature – Meet Mary Anne

Mary Anne Cribbs

FTF partnered with Mary Anne Cribbs for this post! FTF and Mary Anne met on IG and became sisters and friends in all things fashion!

Mary Anne lives just north of Toronto in Barrie, Ontario Canada. She retired two years ago from a lengthy career (almost 30 years ) in the fashion and beauty industry in management positions, primarily with MAC cosmetics for the latter part. Mary Anne currently freelances as a stylist and makeup artist giving advice and help to many clients whom she’s seen for years (She has been reviving her home business in this field.). She has a background in Psychology and worked for 10 years with the school board in a program that was designed to help build self confidence in children who were shy and withdrawn. In a nutshell, she’s continuing to do this with women by helping them to become more confident with their makeup and wardrobe choices.

Mary Anne has been obsessed with fashion since birth (I can sure relate to that!!!). “Age doesn’t mean giving up on style!” She is an avid fan of the tie dye trend!

Mary Anne stated, “To say that I embrace the return of this trend would be an understatement! I have always loved tie dye as to me it expresses individualism since each piece is unique! And years ago since I always made my own using Rit dye, I decided to start doing it again! Purchased some youth size medium and large tees from Walmart and went for it! Now I’m addicted! My mom calls it the “last of my hippie tendencies”! But I truly do love the boho styles from the 60’s and 70’s the most and continue to wear a lot of this style! Believe it or not I’m actually too young to have been a “true” hippie (in sense of going to Woodstock, or hanging out in Yorkville). As my dad used to say when I wanted to do those things as a young teen, “over my dead body!” So really I guess I was more of a “hippie wannabe”! Anyway I actually think this trend is timeless for the coming spring/summer and I will be wearing it for sure including some of my own creations!”

Tie Dye Process

The first picture below is during Mary Anne’s own “tie dye” adventure. “It’s really so fun and easy; and you can’t go wrong with it however you choose to do it! There are lots of tips and tricks on You Tube too. Walmart has kits of colours or individual Rit dyes as does Michaels or any craft store probably!”

A Mary Anne Original

Mary Anne purchased this hoodie from West 49 in a youth size XL . It was only $29.99! “I love the bright colours!”

Mary Anne’s tshirt is from Zara and her jeans are from Forever 21.

Mary Anne found this tee at Winners a month or so ago, jeans are also from Winners and her sandals are from Topshop (old)

Four years ago, we took a family vacation to Disney World. As standard with many families, I decided we needed several sets of matching tops for the trip. This was met with some resistance. However, the tie dye matching tees from Etsy were a big hit! We washed them and wore them twice that week! We are about to embark on a Disney cruise this summer. My favorite girlie and I are going to try and make our own matching tie dye tees this time around! Wish us luck! More to come on how that goes!

Stylish Monday

How We Style Spring: Trend Colors & 10 Trends for 2019

Pantone Spring/Summer Trend Colors

This month’s Stylish Monday’s theme is how we style spring! Lot’s of great spring looks and inspiration have been included by all of my fellow fashionistas!

It’s time to look in your closet for these wonderfully bold spring/summer trend colors! Do you have a favorite? Living Coral is the “it” color for 2019. This is not a color I typically gravitate towards. For that reason, I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone to give it a try. Which color is your favorite?

1. Living Coral

This spring look incorporates both the Pantone “it” color – Living Coral with the animal print trend (snakeskin print) that is continuing into the spring and summer!

The Stylish Monday group also did a collaboration post on the snakeskin print trend. In case you missed that post, click here: Trending Now: Snakeskin Print

Sweater – Express
Snakeskin Print Faux Leather Pants – H & M
Living Coral Pumps – My Closet

The next looks incorporates my living coral sweater with wide leg, crop pants, which have a little neon (a spring trend) and coral touches.

In hind sight, I probably won’t pair this sweater with these pants again especially after looking at these pictures. Why you ask? Because two loose fitting items super sizes you and no one wants that! The general rule of thumb is to wear a fitted item with a loose fitting item as is demonstrated by this sweater worn with my snakeskin print pants. It is a far more balanced look!

Coral Sweater – Express
Wide Leg Crop Pants – Loft
Coral Pumps – My Closet

These wide leg, cropped pants look much better paired with this neon sweater because it is more fitted to my body! Neon is a spring trend. If neon is a questionable trend for you, think of doing it in small doses – like shoes, purses, jewelry.

Neon Sweater and Wide, Leg Cropped Pants – Loft
Coral Pumps – My Closet
White Moto Jacket – My Closet

This Living Coral top was pulled from my closet! It’s a very vibrant shade of coral and has touches of Princess Blue! Last season, I wore this top with black jeans with gingham lace ups on the ankles. It could also be worn with white jeans and my white moto jacket. How cute is the gingham lace up detail in the back of the top?!

Found it interesting that my photographer had taken several photos of my behind…LOL!
Photos Compliments of Mr. FTF!

Mango Mojito

Princess Blue

Fringed Sweater with Pantone Color -Princess Blue Stripes

2. Tie Dye & 3. Neon

These two trends are throwbacks to previous trends I enjoyed in my younger years! If you don’t like color, 2019 may be a testing time for you, because along with neons and yellows, there’ll be a load of tie dye. I’m a fan of both neon and tie dye! How about you? I was able to shop my closet for this trend!

Sunglasses – Ray Ban
Tie Dye Top – My Closet
Jeans – Stein Mart
Crushed Velvet Booties – Rebecca Minkoff (Amazon Fashion)

This black tie dye tee with sunflower and rhinestone peace sign embellishments has been in my closet forever! Added pops of yellow because YELLOW is a HUGE spring fashion trend! Yellow is one of my favorite colors to wear and I do have quit a bit in my closet! A friend that I work with often says she can’t wear yellow. If you feel the same, just add pops of the color!

4. Animal Print

The good news is that if you bought a leopard print item last season, you’ll still be able to wear it as animal prints continued to rock the catwalks at spring/summer fashion weeks.

5. Cycling Shorts

Yep, the trend that no one ever asked for is back, and bolder than ever. Not sure this is for me but never say never! Look for bike shorts in unique colors, lengths, and textures. My friend Cindy totally rocks the look and has paired yellow (a spring trend) and a belt purse (trending)! Cindy always inspires me to step out of my fashion comfort zone!

8. Bucket Hats

Expect the accessory to come with print floral patterns or in a living coral shade. Grab a bucket hat in a fun pattern, like camo, to add personality to your next outfit. I don’t typically wear hats so I thought I’d share a friend who totally rocks all hat styles! Meet Susie!

Susie from PenelopeSeraphina is rocking two spring trends: bucket hat and neutral/beige!

9. Crochet

Look for netting, shells, crochet, fringe, charms on everything from overlay dresses to handbags to vacation-ready sandals. Spring in Illinois is a mixed bag of weather from snow to the sunny and warm and everything in between. Here I’ve mixed a sleeves dress with a crotchet sweater for a little added warmth! Two looks in one!

10. Barely There Sandals

Think strappy sandals that are “barely-there”! Some are dubbing this the “naked shoe” trend, wherein the straps are designed to cling ever so slightly to your feet. The foot is the star of the show as is your pedicure!

These “Barely-There” Neon Asos Sandals (which combines two trends) just might be my favorites!

Thank you so much for the nomination, Patti! I got to know Patti online about 2 years ago through a group of women (Femmes Beyond 50) who support each other as best we can on a daily basis through our Facebook posts. Although we haven’t met in person, as Patti is in Texas, I hope we can meet one day. I imagine us laughing and chatting the day away like old friends!

Patti’s blog is focused on recovery and reinvention. Like many women in our age bracket, Patti is coming to grips with being the meat inside the generational sandwich.  Patti and her husband had a lovely daughter Jolie later in life. So, at 56 she has a 16 year old and she helps take care of her 87 year old dad.  In July of 2016, Patti found out through a routine mammogram and the eagle eyes of the radiologist, that she had Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Stage 2B – Breast Cancer.  She did surgery, reconstruction and chemo.  Patti describes herself as trying to find her way with fashion, family, friends and some FUN!

Patti’s questions for me to answer:

Why did you start a blog?

Freshman Year at Northern Illinois University (Fall 1979)
Spring 2016

Fashion Trends and Friends was started approximately three years ago by myself and two lifetime friends, Cindy and Lori . We met freshman year in college (1979).

We have always loved to shop together and follow fashion. Our mission is to create an online community where friends come together to find clothing options, outfits that are on trend, flattering, age appropriate and minimize problem areas!

What We Do
Provide stylish fashion inspiration by featuring the season’s trends that are age appropriate and stylish for all body types – all in one spot!

Why We Do It
In today’s busy, fast-paced world, it can be hard to find the time to identify the current season’s trends, create an outfit, find that perfect fit and buy it! We know that Fashion Trends and Friends will be your resource for quickly finding that perfect outfit for any season!

Remember that a little creativity can turn any outfit into a trendy sensation and ANYONE into a Fashionista!

How has blogging brought you or others joy?

Fashion has always brought me JOY from my earliest recollections! No matter my age or my size, I’m always determined to assemble a cute, fashion fun version of myself!

When we started blogging, I had no idea that I would meet the most amazing, supportive, encouraging and like minded women all over the country and internationally! Friendships have been formed through social media; and I’ve had the good fortune of meeting some in person. It’s a whole new sisterhood! These friendships have brought me great JOY!

Fierce Fifty Summer Meet Up 2017

As a blogger, you’re not always sure if you’re bringing others JOY unless they take the time to like your posts and/or to leave you a comment. Recently, one of the principals in my school district told me that she’s following along and went shopping at Stein Mart per my sharing that it’s one of my favorite places to shop! That and similar comments from others have brought me JOY! Lori and I have been sharing our weight loss journey. We have received a lot of positive feedback and told we’re inspirational. That brought me JOY! Lastly, Lori and I have created many vlogs together. The time we spend laughing and creating together brings me JOY! If you want a good laugh, check out our YouTube Videos/Vlogs! We were told, “You all remind me of Kathy Lee and Hoda!” It would be a dream come true to be on the show!

Where are you from?

I was born and raised in Aurora, Illinois. For a very brief time in high school, I lived in Lutz, Florida. My family returned to Aurora. My husband is originally from Chicago. He and I have only lived in three places over our 31 years of marriage: Hoffman Estates, Bartlett and currently Sugar Grove. All in Illinois.

Tell us 5 fun facts about yourself.

  1. I have my bachelors degree in special education and elementary education. My master’s degree is in school supervision and administration. Currently, I am my school district’s Prevention Coordinator. I love my job, my school district and the staff I work with/have worked with over the past 23 years. I started as a self-contained special education teacher. My passion is for students who learn differently and who have behavioral/social emotional challenges. I was nominated for Those Who Excel Illinois Teacher of the Year. Out of 700 nominees, I was 1 of 54 teachers across the state who received an award of merit.

2. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called Scleroderma in October 2013. I wrote a blog explaining the disease since most have never heard of it: I have Scleroderma. It doesn’t have me! Read the blog post HERE

3. My first major in college was interior design. I briefly declared psychology as my major and eventually landed on special education. I know in my heart that I am doing the work I was intended to do!

4. I am the proud grandma to granddaughter Violet, age 9! She brings me immense JOY! We love taking her on adventures and experiencing things through her eyes!

5. I’m very shy and introverted and prefer to be at home! In college, I was told that people thought I was stuck up because I was so quiet. Once I know you and am comfortable, I’m extroverted! I like to observe situations, people and take it all in before I jump in. I believe I have an innate ability to figure what makes other’s tick and to analyze behavior.

On a side note, I just asked my husband what are 5 fun facts people don’t know about me? He replied, “You’re a party chick! You love to dance! You like projects!” I do love a good time, love to laugh and have fun! All of this is true! LOL

Health and Well Being Check In… Three Months into the New Year (January-March)

Healthy Lifestyle and Eating the WW Way

No matter your age or your current status you have the power within to create the life and the person you dream of being and becoming! Each day provides us with a new start! The WW’s facebook page that I follow often posts inspiration messages that I enjoy and that are good reminders such as this one:

It’s really hard to believe it’s almost April! Do you remember how you felt in January at the start of a new year? Many of us make resolutions about improving our health, decreasing our weight and becoming more physical. Personally, I like to set goals for myself. A goal seems more attainable for some reason. My goal this year is to become more physically fit now that I’m thinner. Being thin and fit is my ultimate goal!

Check out our previous blog posts on our weight loss journey: WeightWatching Update Part 1 of 2and Weight Watching Update Part 2 of 2

I’m proud to report that I think I’m doing a good job of moving my body regularly and trying new physical activities. I recently went roller skating with my granddaughter, which is something I hadn’t done in a really, really, really long time! We had a blast! It was also a throw back to my high school days when we skated here almost every weekend!

My aerial yoga class began last week. After calming down over the spinning and being nervous about feeling nauseous, I LOVE IT! There are eight of us in the class and the instructor, Heather, who is very patient! I’m the oldest in the class but feeling proud about that fact! Never too old to try new things! Aerial yoga will be a future post for sure!

Plow Pose – We did this pose my first week in the class!

Why the selfie in the mirror in a bathroom? Because I’m at work and in order for me to keep a routine that’s workable, I change at work and go straight to the gym before going home. I typically do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight machines. I’ve also been walking/running on the track at the gym. I can’t run non-stop so I’ll walk several laps and then run.

Workout Wear – Old Navy
This will also be an upcoming blog post on my favorite workout wear!
